Introduction to Philosophy for Children (Two day course)

How can we help children to think & communicate more deeply and creatively about the curriculum? How can we empower them to generate their own questions, and explore their ideas with others? Philosophy for Children (“P4C”) is a very flexible approach to teaching & learning that can be used with children of all ages, and through all subjects.

This two day course will introduce colleagues to the key principles and practices of P4C. It will be evidence informed, interactive, and provide teachers with many practical and powerful techniques for upgrading their pupils’ learning and wellbeing.
